What is Life Hurts...God Heals?
Life Hurts...God Heals (LHGH) is a program intended specifically for adolescents in middle and high school. It is designed to help youth learn how to deal with their problems in healthy ways – with God’s help and the help of other loving Christian adults. Let’s face it; sometimes we have stuff happen to us. Maybe mom and dad are going through a divorce,
maybe a loved one just died, maybe your best friend has betrayed you, maybe you are in an abusive relationship, or maybe you are just overwhelmed with all that is going on around you.
LHGH addresses all types of issues and the baggage that comes along with them. Dealing with issues like these may cause you to feel depressed, lonely, angry, hurt, rejected… the list is endless. LHGH teaches practical ways to look into what’s really ‘bugging you’ and learn how to manage the problem(s) before they get out of control. You will learn lifelong tools to help deal with unresolved hurts and pain.
