WHAT IS THE #BEBRAVEBG CAMPAIGN ABOUT?
Members of our community struggling with COVID, depression, and loneliness are in need of some reminders that they are loved, prayed for, thought about, and not forgotten. We want to give them a visual reminder of this, so we are launching a campaign to share cards, coloring sheets, and small gifts of encouragement with our neighbors through the Medical Center and Greenview Hospitals! Our hope is to collect enough to share outside the hospitals as well, like at recovery centers and long term care facilities.
HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
We have free coloring sheets you can download at the links below, you can send greeting cards, or you can make your own to be shared. You can complete as many as you want, and we will see that they are distributed to those who could use a reminder to BE BRAVE in these times. As you or your children are doing this, please take a pic and share with Broadway’s Got Talent by emailing this to email@example.com by May 18th. You can also share your photos on social media with the tag #BeBraveBG.
WHERE DO WE TAKE COMPLETED CARDS & COLORING SHEETS?
You can take your completed cards and sheets to the bins under the awnings at the Greenwood or Melrose campuses on Tuesday, May 19th between 9am and 5pm. The bins help us to maintain social distancing. Our goal is to make this a monthly project, so mark the 19th of each month on your calendar and be watching for more details!
