Bible journaling has truly changed my life. I prayed for a long time for God to help me crave the study of His Word. After attending a Bible journaling session myself at an adoption retreat, He made clear His answer to those prayers. I began to fall in love with my Bible in a whole new way. I have always loved art, crafting, and making. Through Bible journaling, I learned that creating in my Bible is not only a way to study, but a form of worship that has ultimately lead to a much deeper relationship with Jesus. I am excited for the opportunity to share ideas and techniques for Bible journaling with you, in hopes that this might be a way that you are also desiring to connect with our Heavenly Father.
My husband, Tyler, and I are from Scottsville but we now call Bowling Green home. God led us to grow our family through adoption, and we are so grateful that He chose us to be the parents of our 5-year-old twins, Hope and Lane. I am an elementary school librarian at Briarwood Elementary and love every minute of the time I get to spend there with some of the coolest kids and families in the world.
