Love Yourself: Two Day Women’s Retreat

In a world that constantly tells women to do more, give more, and carry more, it can be hard to slow down long enough to care for ourselves. Yet rest, reflection, joy, and connection are not luxuries — they are essential.
Join us for a refreshing women’s retreat designed to help you relax, laugh, reflect, learn, and build authentic relationships in a welcoming and supportive environment. Together, we’ll explore healthy and restorative practices for everyday life while rediscovering the importance of rest, community, and self-care.
Throughout the retreat, we’ll focus on journaling as a meaningful practice for reflection and growth, with opportunities to journal after each presentation. Sessions will include topics such as mental wellness, organization, relationships, careers, and healthy life practices for women.
We’ll also have plenty of fun with activities like line dancing, chair yoga, SINGO, great food, laughter, and fellowship.
Registration (suggested donation of $40 — $35 before June 1st!) includes dinner, lunch, activities, and a swag bag.
This event is open to all women in the church and community — everyone is welcome, no exceptions. Please note that childcare will not be provided.
