One single event in human history has transformed millions of lives and continues to do so today – The Cross! It began with those who were there the day Jesus was crucified. This lent, as we enter the timeless drama leading up to the crucifixion, we will join the lesser known I-witnesses who were there. Through their eyes new insights will emerge as we get to know: the accidental tourist, Simon of Cyrene who helped carry Jesus’ cross; the wealthy Joseph of Arimathea who took Jesus body down from the cross and others. Our observations of those who were there will lead us to a deeper knowledge of the Father’s love for us.
